I started going to S10 Fitness and working with Chris when I was having knee pain a little over a year ago, but he truly saved my life when I injured my back while lifting about nine months ago. I could barely put a sock on by myself, let alone bend over without having the worst pain in my lower back.

I started seeing Chris at least once a week, sometimes more if my back would fire up. I would cry almost everyday from pain not being able to move the way that a 28 year old should move. Chris was so kind and understanding, and he always made me laugh when I was having the hardest time moving. I ve been lifting for 5 years, but Chris showed and taught me so many new ways to properly mobilize and activate muscles the correct way. I had to relearn how to move and lift correctly. He always gave me drills every week to take home and do. It s been such a long process, but every step has been worth it. I went from crawling on his gym floor, to coming back and moving weights that I thought I was never going to be able to touch again. I wouldn t be where I am if it wasn t for everything that Chris has shown and taught me.

Everyone at S10 Fitness is kind and they KNOW what they re talking about, especially with anatomy and restorative exercise. S10 Fitness is the place to go to get back on your feet when you don t know how to fix what s wrong with your body.
