Its better than other government offices in Sri lanka. I went there to get my O/L and A/L results certified for foreign use. The department of education and department of examination are two separate building and have separate entrance from outside the main road. There is a canteen inside where photocopy is available. You have to pay 600 rupees per certificate inside the building. If you coming from pettah you have to go to borella and take the 174 bus from there.
