I recently stayed at the residence and had a somewhat average experience. The location was convenient and the staff was friendly, but the overall condition of the property seemed a bit dated. The amenities were sufficient, but could use some updating and maintenance. The Wi-Fi connection was a bit spotty, which was frustrating at times. The room itself was clean and comfortable, but the furnishings were showing signs of wear. The pricing was fair, but I felt that for the same price, I could have found a more modern and well-maintained accommodation elsewhere.
