I recently had an experience with a design studio that left me feeling neutral. The website was visually appealing and easy to navigate, however, I found the portfolio lacking in diversity and innovation. The customer service was polite but the response time was slower than expected. The pricing was within industry standards, but I didn't feel like I was getting a personalized experience. Overall, the process was average, and I wish there was more creativity and a stronger focus on client satisfaction.
