I recently collaborated with a company that specializes in mezzanine financing and found their approach to be quite average. The company's website offers a good overview of their services and past projects, but it lacks depth in terms of educational content and transparency about their process. I appreciated the prompt response from their team, but I felt that more proactive communication would have been beneficial throughout our interaction. Overall, the experience was satisfactory, but there is definite room for improvement. 🏗️
