I recently used this company for my shipping needs. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the clear information provided. However, the communication regarding the status of my shipment was lacking. I had to reach out multiple times to get updates, which was frustrating. On the positive side, the staff was polite and helpful when I did get in touch with them. Overall, my experience was average. I might consider using them again if they improved their communication process. 📦🌐👍
