I have been in the healthcare profession for almost 25 years and have worked in many different facilities throughout the course of my career, and I love being a part of this healthcare team. No matter where you go in healthcare , whether as an employee or for personal family reasons, there will always be the challenge of having full staff. This is due to the shortage of stna s and nurses, but even with those challenges, Green Meadows Administration team goes above and beyond to accommodate our family of healthcare even to the point of working the floor themselves, putting in sometimes a 16 hour day.
Because of the family oriented atmosphere that I ve found as an employee, I , along with my family, chose to place our loved one as a resident here.
I am so thankful and appreciative of each and every co worker and administration personnel for the heart in which they touch my life with, not only professionally, but personally caring for my family member.
