I recently purchased some plumbing supplies from their website. The ordering process was smooth, and the delivery was on time. However, I encountered some issues with the products. They were quick to respond and offered a solution, but it still caused some inconvenience. The variety of products they offer is extensive, but I wish they had more detailed descriptions and specifications on their website. Overall, the experience was average. The customer service was helpful but the product quality and website information could be improved. Hopefully, they can work on providing more detailed product information and improving the quality of their products. I appreciate their effort in resolving the issues though. ⭐⭐⭐
