I recently started banking with Crossfirst bank, and so far, my experience has been average. The customer service representatives are friendly, but there are times when I feel like they could be more knowledgeable. The online banking platform is functional, but it lacks some features that I would like to see. Overall, it's an okay bank, but nothing exceptional.
