I was trying to be a new customer, but when the part arrived it was bent and would not fit. I called and reported the problem but they were unwilling to work with me. I sent back the bad part and finally got a refund, but they claimed they could not refund my return shipping costs unless l had a paypal account. I didn't, so they didn't refund it even though it was their fault. My Jeep stayed down another two weeks trying to resolve this and get another part from another place. It turned out to be a much better one anyway.
Be very careful if you decide to order something from this outfit. I know I should have checked out reviews first. Although it would not have helped much, I could only find two.
