I had an overall average experience with Cass. The services they offered were decent, but I expected more from such a reputable company. The website could use some improvement as it looks outdated and is not very user-friendly. However, the team was knowledgeable and able to answer all my questions. The pricing was fair, but not exceptional. I would consider using their services again, but I do think there is room for improvement.
