We have used this caterer many times for different events. Their famous dish is the turkey Wellington, every single time that we have them cater they make this dish. It tastes good, it is basically Thanksgiving wrapped up in a pie. The other dishes that they make are largely forgettable. I wonder if they do have other stand out items on their menu?
