Not at all impressed with this place so far - does not meet expectations given the cost. It s a nice location, with a range of facilities, but struggles to get many of the basics you would expect of a resort in this price range to get right:

1) myself and daughter both got an electric shock from faulty phone charger in room - staff member said they would replace it, then didn t resulting in another shock - didn t even apologise.
2) cleaner left doors to room unlocked - again, staff unaware why this makes me unhappy
3) while dinner buffet was nice, breakfast buffet had limited selection and lunch very limited options
4) no waiter service around pool, with bar staff unfriendly and not very helpful
5) room layout seems to have neighbours bathroom adjoining our kids bedroom, with apparently thin walls, which meant they could hear everything going on in there last night
6) dirty around pools and in toilets during the day - I guess only services once a day

All activities are at an extra charge - that s fine, but this bumps up the cost even more, just re-enforcing disappointment on the luxury you are not even getting.
