Worst management by 'Firdaus jahan' (HOD), Payment posting manager 'Nishant Kumar, & Lalit Sharma (team lead- Quality Payment posting). lalit sharma is tha worst TL in this company . No idea how to manage a team. many times QA complaint about this but no any effect becaus all power under Firdaus jahan. That is why many QA left this orgnisation . No one supportive in this Department Payment posting Quality team.
My best hod is Richa gupta Bharati & Vishal solanki who is also left this orgnisation. totally worst enviornment.
