Dreadful front staff. Literally the worst I have ever dealt with. We have 3 kids and my husband is military, so we have been patients in many doctors' offices. This front staff can not get their act together. It's always something. They forget to fill out referrals. They delete messages and don't bother to follow up. They don't understand insurance. They don't call back. Forms are filled out incorrectly. And never, not once, has one offered an apology. What you get instead is an arrogant, defensive reply.
