I have been a customer of Saigon-Hanoi Bank for several years now and I must say that their services are just average. They offer the basic banking features but nothing extraordinary. The customer service is okay and the staff is generally friendly. However, I find that their online banking platform could use some improvement as it tends to be slow and sometimes outdated. Overall, it's an average bank with nothing special to offer.
