Soooooo must I say everything I am about to say is...

Soooooo must I say everything I am about to say is all true no lies. I'm currently renting from them as I'm typing. This is a company of failure. It's not a good company at all. Tammy the office manager mouth so smart I literally stop communicating with her before I go to jail foreal. The receptionist I love her but she barely answers the phone. The maintenance line is terrible they use to answer their lines but now they don't EVER! I have had to inbox Bob Renshaw a couple of times and surprisingly he responded, but the last email I sent him was very very nasty because I'm just about fed up. When I first moved in I gave them a list of some issues and they told me to fix things it cost money so the owner will fix things over a period of time just be patient. Ok what they think I pay my rent with FOODSTAMPS. I pay with money so fix these problems like asap. They don't care about any minor problems u have and barely care about the big ones.I still have problems from when I moved in not resolved and I been in this house going on 2yrs. My house is beautiful don't get me wrong it's just the company thats making this a bad experience. Then they always say we waiting on the owner to see what he's going to do.ALL HE CAN DO IS FIX IT SO WHAT YOU MEAN. I PAY RENT SO HE HAS NO CHOICE! I wouldn't send no one to them EVER they need to improve everything. Just like now my unit is making strang noises like the heat is about to go out. I called myself calling them to get the emergency line but for some reason their lines are going to Tammy extension and straight to her vmail and not to mention I have a new born so I needs my heat and it's like 7 degrees outside. I am irritated with them like seriously.SO RUUUUUNNNNN FOR THE HILLS DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE! YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!!!!!
