I recently used Fare Deals, LTD to book a flight for my vacation. The service was average, nothing exceptional. The website was easy to navigate and I found a decent deal on a direct flight. However, the customer service was lacking. When I called with a question, the representative seemed uninterested and provided minimal assistance. Overall, I had an okay experience with Fare Deals, LTD.
