I bought a lazerball experience for my son from Groupon for this place. My son was never able to do it because when we got to the place they say is only by appointments depite the fact that in the Groupon it doesn t mention anything about making an appointment (not even in the fine prints). I later made the appointment for Saturday 7/28/2018 (which was a week later). When I got there on my appointment date, my son still couldn t play the lazerball because they never found our reservation. Even though I explained the guy that we had made for Saturday he did nothing to accommodate us and dismissed us in a VERY RUDE MANNER. The customer service of this place is one of the lowest and WORST I have ever experience. I will not recommend this place to anyone! I asked Groupon for a refund and will NEVER come back here again.
