Hendricks has a lot of different dealerships that I have used over the years, HOWEVER, the Lexus service team -- HANDS DOWN -- is the best dealership in their system. I have lived in Connecticut, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Texas, and here. They are the most friendly, efficient, helpful, well-staffed and the work is always exemplary. I buy Lexus for the service team not for the sales team. The Lexus brand, to me, is better than Audi and BMW, because of the Service.
