The experience with Freedom technical ltd was average. I found their services to be satisfactory but nothing special. The dictation software they provided was functional, but it lacked some advanced features that I was looking for. The customer support was responsive, but I had to wait a bit longer than expected for some of my inquiries to be answered. Overall, I would consider using their services again if I couldn't find a better alternative.
