Great Basin Bakery is a hidden gem in Bishop. Their pastries are absolutely phenomenal. The croissants are buttery and flaky, and the Danish pastries are so flavorful. I always make it a point to stop by whenever I'm in the area. The staff is friendly and the service is quick. Highly recommend!
