As a CUSTOMER, I had a mixed experience with www.britevents.com. The website layout is visually appealing and easy to navigate. However, I found the ticket purchasing process to be confusing and time-consuming. The selection of events available was impressive, but the prices were a bit on the higher side. Overall, I would rate the website as average.
