I have had a mixed experience with Allianz partners UK. While their customer service has always been satisfactory, their claim process can be quite slow and cumbersome at times. There have been instances where I had to follow up multiple times to get a resolution. However, once the claim was approved, the payment was processed promptly. I hope they can improve their claim handling procedures.
