Action came out to our apartment building and did an amazing job. With the heat at it's highest in Los Angeles our tenants were complaining about the AC not cooling. We had another company come out and they wanted to completely upgrade our HVAC which was going to cost over $20k When we contacted Action they suggested we have a thorough cleaning and inspection, they did the job and you can definitely feel the difference. I would recommend any one that manages an apartment or has rental properties to have there system checked and cleaned, this could have easily been a devastating situation for me and our tenants.
