These guys SUCK.

These guys SUCK.
After 5 tries, I m comfortable writing a negative review. Four laptops (one that took 2 months to get back after they misplaced it) were dropped off, 3 were deemed junk and a waiver of disposal fees was granted. An IPhone 5s with a cracked screen.. 13 weeks they had it (old phone fixed to have as back-up) and forgot/lost it.. they ended up finding and repairing the glass which fell out when it fell two feet onto laminate flooring..
iPhone 6S Plus screen repair.. 104.00. Cracked screen.. worked fine but screen was a bother. We were eating at Gino s and thought it would be convenient to have the phone repaired. The guy told me it would be 15-20 minutes. It took 1.5 hours. There was definitely more jaw jacking than working going on. When the guy finally came out, he said he would waive the additional cleaning fee... however, the home button no longer worked for Touch ID. He also gave me a free screen protector and installed it (which I took off because there was a bubble in the middle 1:45 of the SuperDome, 2 sizes too small for the screen). Most importantly, the screen is WORSE than before I brought it in. Please note, I did not give them a chance to rectify the situation with complaints. Each time I was hoping it was a mistake but the same people are there every time.. no new employee hurdles to cross.
They now charge top dollar and have NO idea what they are doing as far as my experiences. Spend an extra 10-20 bucks and go to a real store.
