Called for a minor incident for door damage in a parking lot and was refused to provide an incident report cause the officer could not see damage in the sun glare. when he rubbed off the paint I was told "looks like I have magic hands" and that "i wouldn't have a ding free car forever." Ridiculous how it was handled. The report was for insurance purposes, the other person was there and owned up to the accident. Just needed it formal for insurance and was refused. I have badge number and intend to file a Complaint.
