Abysmal.

Abysmal.
Technician came and looked at AC which was pooling some water below unit. I never received phone call from tech regarding what he found or recommendations, rather, I was emailed a picture of the "ticket" describing his findings/recs and this was completely illegible.
After not hearing back from them and continuing to have water pool I went to basement and checked unit myself and the condensation line was simply disconnected and allowing water to pool. The tech did not notice, fix this, or note it in his recommendations.
I called to speak with a manager and they told me the manager was in a meeting and would call me within the hour - two days later and manager never called.
Poor customer service, poor diagnostics. - would never use again
