This place has the worst customer service ever! It took a year to get one request done, and now that I m finally trying to move my loan away from them, it is taking all hell to get a payoff letter, that SHOULD be something I could access from their website immediately. I didn t even choose them! My loan was sold to them from another bank, and I ve been in a nightmare state with them since. Now I m trying to brake free and it s insaneI just want to be done!!! The lack of customer care here IS THE WORST I ve ever encountered!
