I would have given 0 stars, but it wasn't possible...

I would have given 0 stars, but it wasn't possible. Like others have said, it is impossible to get through to a person! The person I was directed to contact for help, Kim Dinh, was worthless. She would never call me to help even when I specifically asked for help with automatic payments.
