Living in a community managed by the Sunland Owners Association has been a positive experience overall. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they are always available to address any concerns or issues. The community is well-maintained and the amenities are decent. While there are some rules and regulations to follow, I understand the need for them to ensure a peaceful living environment. I would recommend the Sunland Owners Association to others.
