Subject: Customer Service and Human Resources

The purpose of this communication is to inform you I recently touched base with your Human Resources office and immediately spoke to a very distraught Recruiter (name unknown) who appeared to be preoccupied and irritated. So I made my question brief. The individual became more frustrated when she could not answer the question then ridiculed me while cutting me off. That was the introduction I got from your company. As a HR professional I was embarrassed as I was treated with disrespect. It was appalling. I left word with "Jill" the HR Manager. Who returned my call indicating she was sitting right next to the recruiter when we spoke. That is false as the recruiter stated her manager was in her office and on another call. Jill did not acknowledge the staff members behavior and left me with the impression she is not going to correct that issue.

As the CEO you should be embarrassed of who you have representing your business. You have two untrustworthy individuals in your HR department. I want to make this clear, my call to the recruiter was merely to get clarification regarding the Job Description and was not about my qualifications. A frantic individual with no people skills who belittle outsiders is not an individual I'd have interviewing my prospective candidates. Not to mention, a HR manager who lies to you over the phone. I hope neither of these individuals run your new hire orientation program.

The world is already struggling, people like myself who have been trying to get back into the workforce are embarrassed of the predicament we are in. The last thing we need is to be ridiculed and lied to by the resources we reach out to.
