I stopped using IPG as my property managers early 2019. I'd be speaking to new property manager every month and there were a-lot of inconsistencies on queries I had, depending on who I would be talking to.
Having left over 14 months ago, I have continued to receive monthly statements and demands for payments:
July 2019 - Tried to invoice cleaning works completed at the property which was commissioned and already paid by the tenant
May 2020 - Requesting payment still owing for rates over 14 months later?
Have kindly spoken to a lady awhile ago who was probably brought in to remediate the bulks of negative reviews, I advised of some areas of improvements but as you can see from other 1 star reviews below I don't really need to say too much more. The positive 5 star ratings are likely to be mates of particular PM's who may or may not receive the service which you'd think all IPG clients should.
I've attached the email received but covered up specific details, I wouldn't have bothered with this review but claiming that money was owed 14 months ago especially during these times is an absolute shocker.
