Our experience with Your Day Your Way was not what we expected. The planning process was smooth, but there were some issues on the day of the event. The staff seemed overwhelmed and there were delays in the schedule. Despite these setbacks, they managed to handle the situation and salvage the event. While it wasn't perfect, we appreciate their efforts in making things right.
