This was my first time taking my child to this hospital we usually go to Cooper Hospital but because my daughter was in so much pain I rushed her to the nearest hospital. My boyfriend pulled up in front of the emergency room and quickly was already getting my daughter out of the car when this lady which was security i asked her name was Rebecca was very rude while telling me I could not Park there and needed to move my car. I told Her we would be moving it just was getting my sick child out first since there was no close parking. She then continued to carry on with her rude responses. I was upset with the way she approached me she definitely showed lack of professionalism. When i walked In the other security which was a male was very nice to me and helpful didn t get to get his name. Also let me say Lesly was very very nice was pleased to have her comfort my daughter while she was not feeling good .
