Last night, I had the pleasure of dining at Uchū in NYC. Let me start by saying that the food was incredible. Each dish was expertly prepared and bursting with flavor. The atmosphere was cozy and inviting, and the staff was attentive and friendly. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience and I can't wait to go back!
