I had a mixed experience with Prime kc homes, llc. The quality of their work was great, but the customer service could have been better. The remodel they did on my kitchen turned out amazing, and I love how it has transformed the space. However, I did have some issues with communication and delays throughout the process. Overall, I would say they did a good job, but there is definitely room for improvement in terms of customer support.
