I first went in having no idea what i was looking at. They took the time with me to go through all the details of what i was looking for. We spent as much time as I wanted going through the diamonds. Showing me their flaws and what makes one better than the other. After some time i could even see the differences on my own. They were extremely knowledgeable, and even custom built my engagement ring by looking at several aspects of other pieces we were able to discuss. My wife loved it, so much so that i also worked with them to get her wedding band as well as a necklace. I used to live in the area but i moved just before getting engaged. They were still great to work with, sending pictures and constant updates. 10/10 would recommend and have several friends already.
