My experience with Lady St Johns was not what I expected. The cruise itself was average, but the customer service was disappointing. The staff seemed disinterested and not willing to go the extra mile. The food was mediocre and lacked variety. Overall, I wouldn't recommend Lady St Johns if you're looking for a top-notch river cruise experience.
