The service provided by Freehand is average. I had a consultation with one of their surgeons, and while they were knowledgeable, the overall experience left much to be desired. I felt rushed and the surgeon didn't seem very personable. I expected more from a reputable company like Freehand. The website could also use some improvement in terms of user-friendliness and information available.
