The tools offered by Rockwell Precision, Inc. are of decent quality. However, I have had some issues with their customer service. It took them longer than expected to respond to my inquiries and they weren't very helpful in resolving my concerns. Nevertheless, the company website is easy to navigate and the ordering process was hassle-free. I hope they improve their customer service in the future.
