I have been using the waste management services offered by wastemanagement.com for a while now, and my experience has been mixed. While the pickup is generally on time and the waste is disposed of properly, there have been a few instances of missed pickups and delays. The customer service could also use improvement as the representatives are sometimes unresponsive. Overall, an average experience.
