Pierce equipment & supply is an average company. They have decent products and services, but nothing exceptional. I've been a customer for a while and overall, my experience has been satisfactory. The website is user-friendly and easy to navigate. However, their customer service could be improved. It would be great if they were more responsive to inquiries and provided faster shipping options.
