I called on Saturday 22 to make a reservation for breakfast on Sunday 23, they told me there was no need to book because the hotel was not fully booked. When I arrived on Sunday 23 for breakfast I was told in the restaurant that I could not enter because guests had priority and it was only with reservation. Unfortunately the attention of the staff, at least the restaurant, has greatly lowered the quality compared to what it was before and not compared to other Hyatt in the world (of which I have been a member for more than 10 years).
