I recently purchased a house plan from Advanced House Plans and it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection of plans. The ordering process was straightforward, but the delivery took a bit longer than expected. The quality of the plans is good, with sufficient instructions. Overall, I would consider using Advanced House Plans again, but improvements can be made.
