Bought ticket at Wyndham, big mistake Liz told us to go to 5th and Market to get bus for the evening tour.I even questioned her about the lication. At eight oclock no bus ever came . We called Liz she would not answer her phone ,called the hotel and had them transfer the call over to her. She told us sorry wrong place you need to meet at 12th and Market in 2 minutes. Told her there was no way we could get there that quick she said she would send a shuttle for us. It never came, she never called us back. We called her again she told us that her boss said they overbooked and we weren't going on the trip they would refund our money. We were left stranded standing on the corner waiting for a trip that ruined our whole night. Told her that we would be back in the hotel to talk to her and she left before we got there. Told her I wanted to talk with her manger, to have him call us back, Im still waiting for the call. Very disappointed in this company do not trust them they lie to you. I will never go back and buy anything from this company and I recommend no one else does either terrible experience. Dont know how to get refund now! Will be gone for meeting before they start work tomorrow. She does not know whats shes doing. Told me she just started 3 days ago. I guess they didnt train her!
