I have been living in this community for a while now, and I'm really happy with the management of the property. The Cottonwood Ridge Homeowners Association takes good care of the common areas, and the property always looks nice and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful, and they respond to any requests or complaints promptly. I would definitely recommend this community to others.
