This place has always taken care of the customer. Long time owner of a GMC, and recently bought a new one. Chris in Service is as good as it gets as a service underwriter. Very clearly communicates, no surprises, and will adapt to your communication style with email, text, voicemail, etc. He referred me to Gary in sales who hooked up a great process - not like the stuff you hear about, but hand written thank you notes after the fact, text, phone, email as you need, no pressure and customer first. Highly recommend this dealership...they do it right!
