As a CUSTOMER, I must say that SPACEPLAN is an average company. The website is user-friendly and informative. The products are of decent quality and reasonably priced. However, the customer service could be improved. The response time is slow and the staffs are not always helpful. Overall, I would rate SPACEPLAN as an average company.
