I had a mixed experience with Multitech Group, Inc. Overall, their services were average. While they were able to complete the project on time, the quality of their work was not up to par. I had to constantly follow up with them and remind them of the details. The communication could definitely be improved. However, their customer service was excellent and they were always polite and professional. I would consider working with them again, but only if they address the issues I mentioned.
